Your sign in becomes a set of temporary AWS credentials that can read the call record and write one kind of row. There is no server between this page and the database, and nothing to trust in between.

Calls are recorded, and callers are told so before they say anything. Anything you do here is written down under your name.

This page cannot write a turn Not as a matter of good behaviour. The role behind your sign in may query the call record and may write a command row, and IAM refuses everything else. You can make it try, and read the refusal, from the right hand column of any call.

It reads the database, not the call The service that answers the telephone is not reachable from here and does not know this page exists. A wedged call cannot take this screen down with it, and this screen cannot slow a call down.

Taking over rings your telephone Your handset, your softphone, your mobile: one field, and the agent keeps talking to the caller the whole time it is ringing. You are on the call when you answer it, and not a moment before.
